The SX2-5-12LT and SX2-5-12LTP are ceramic-fiber furnaces designed for high-temperature laboratory applications. They are suitable for elemental analysis, sample ashing, and heat treatment of small metal components. The medium-size chamber accommodates larger samples or batch quantities. High-temperature resistance wire embedded in the chamber walls improves heating uniformity. Ceramic-fiber insulation lowers thermal conductivity and reduces empty-furnace energy consumption. PID control provides stable temperature regulation and clear LCD indication. The side-opening stainless-steel door seals the chamber and automatically disconnects heating when opened. The LTP model includes 30 programmable temperature segments for multi-stage thermal procedures.
