The SSPS stainless steel powder sintered filter cartridge is produced by pressing stainless steel powder in a mold and sintering it at high temperature. Its controlled production process provides high mechanical strength, good high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, uniform pore distribution, and good air permeability. The cartridge can be cleaned, regenerated, welded, and machined. It is suitable for steam filtration, strong polar solution filtration, decarbonization filtration, viscous liquid filtration, oxidizing liquid filtration, and corrosive liquid filtration. It can also be used for high-temperature and high-pressure liquid or gas filtration. Cleaning can be performed by liquid backflushing, gas backblowing, ultrasonic cleaning, or chemical cleaning with dilute acid, dilute alkali, oxidizing agents, surfactants, or enzymes. Multiple precision and structural options are available.
