PP Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.1-50 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2998-ZJF)

This polypropylene pleated cartridge is designed for prefiltration and precision filtration of compatible liquids and gases. It uses polypropylene microfiber membrane with nonwoven or mesh support layers. The pleated structure provides a large filtration area and high contaminant-holding capacity. The outer cage, center core, and end caps are joined by thermal welding without adhesives. This construction reduces leakage risk and avoids contamination from bonding agents. A broad filtration range allows use in pharmaceutical, food, water, oilfield, electronic, and chemical processes. Multiple lengths, diameters, and standard interfaces support different housing configurations. Custom layer arrangements and cartridge dimensions can be produced for special applications.
