Roheap™ CSD Depth Filter Sheet (CAT#: STEM-BC-0220-ZJF)

Roheap™ CSD depth filter sheets are designed for clarification filtration in biopharmaceutical and process applications. The filter media are made from high-purity wood cellulose combined with inorganic filter aids and wet-strength resin, forming a three-dimensional depth filtration structure. The gradually tightening internal pore structure slows and captures solid particles, while diatomaceous earth provides additional adsorption and permeability. The filter sheets are suitable for clarification of fermentation broth, cell culture fluid, serum, blood products, enzymes, chemicals, decolorization processes, colloids, and viscous materials. The manufacturing process uses strict raw material control and automated production to support consistent product quality and filtration performance.
