Brush Self-Cleaning Water Filter, 20-5000 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2907-ZJF)

This brush-type self-cleaning filter is designed for continuous removal of suspended, soft, and fibrous contaminants from water. Raw water enters the filter body and passes through the internal stainless steel screen. Retained impurities accumulate on the inner screen surface while filtered water exits the housing. Cleaning begins when the differential pressure reaches its setpoint, a timed interval expires, or a manual command is issued. An electric motor rotates the internal stainless steel brush against the screen surface. Released contaminants are discharged through an automatically controlled drain valve. Filtration continues during the cleaning cycle without interrupting the downstream water supply. An intelligent control enclosure supports differential-pressure, time-based, manual, or PLC operating modes. The system is applicable to cooling water, reclaimed water, reverse-osmosis pretreatment, paper-process water, heating systems, and industrial utility water.
