The DGL M series is a vertical steam sterilizer range with pulsating-vacuum processing and drying functions. The units use repeated vacuum stages to support removal of air before steam sterilization. A microcomputer manages sterilization parameters and automatic cycle operation. The chamber is made from stainless steel and accepts an inner cylinder or basket configuration. The system automatically introduces water and releases cold air and steam as part of the operating sequence. An integrated evaporator supplies steam for the sterilization process. Safety interlocking and automatic protective functions monitor the cycle for abnormal conditions. The series is intended for sterilization workflows that require controlled vacuum, steam exposure, drying, and cycle documentation.
