The DGL-100X is a large vertical steam sterilizer for medical, pharmaceutical, academic, and biological applications. Its 100 L chamber accommodates instruments, dressings, glassware, liquids, and other compatible sterilization loads. The outer shell, sterilization chamber, and baskets are constructed from 304 stainless steel. A PID-controlled microcomputer manages rapid heating and accurate temperature regulation throughout the cycle. The LED control panel and pressure gauge provide clear digital and mechanical indications. A handwheel sliding lid with pressure and door interlocks supports safe loading and operation. Low-water protection and a wastewater-tank high-level alarm automatically stop heating and provide audible and visual warnings. The internal-circulation system contains steam within the equipment and eliminates direct external vapor discharge. Integrated drying, selectable automatic or natural depressurization, and an RS232 printer interface support complete and traceable processing.
