PTFE Sintered Filter Cartridge, 0.3-10 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2910-ZJF)

This PTFE sintered cartridge is designed for solid-liquid separation in strongly corrosive process environments. It is manufactured from polytetrafluoroethylene using a controlled vacuum-sintering process. The smooth external surface reduces attachment of contaminants and simplifies cleaning. A finer outer filtration layer and coarser inner structure limit deep penetration of retained solids. Uniform pore distribution and high porosity support effective particle retention with substantial throughput. The cartridge resists strong acids, strong alkalis, solvents, and elevated process temperatures. It can be regenerated by gas backblowing, chemical cleaning, hot-water treatment, or steam sterilization. The reusable construction supports pharmaceutical, biological, drinking-water, beverage, high-purity-water, and chemical applications. Multiple lengths, threaded interfaces, cartridge connections, and seal materials are available for compatible housings.
