High-Flow Beer Filter Cartridge, Φ270 mm Dual-Layer Media (CAT#: STEM-BC-2929-ZJF)

This high-flow cartridge is designed specifically for precision filtration in beer-production processes. It uses food-compatible polypropylene filtration media in an integrated dual-layer structure. The outer layer provides approximately 3 µm prefiltration to remove larger contaminants. The inner layer uses 0.2 or 1.2 µm media for finer downstream filtration. Combining both functions in one cartridge reduces the need for separate prefilter and final-filter housings. The optimized pleated structure provides a large filtration area and high processing flow. Strong internal and external support improves pressure resistance and permits compatible forward or reverse cleaning. The cartridge can be regenerated with cold water, hot water, or hot alkaline solution. Its dimensions allow direct installation in compatible existing housings without system modification.
