PTFE Mushroom-Fermentation Tank Vent Cartridge, 0.10-0.22 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2989-ZJF)

This pleated cartridge is designed for sterile intake and exhaust filtration on mushroom-culture and fermentation tanks. It uses a hydrophobic PTFE membrane with imported flow-distribution layers. The membrane prevents microorganisms and fine particles from entering the vessel during gas exchange. Pleating provides a large filtration area for repeated tank breathing. The cartridge is assembled without adhesives and is designed to prevent media shedding. Strong hydrophobicity helps maintain gas flow under normal humid operating conditions. The membrane also provides resistance to ozone, solvents, and corrosive chemicals. Every cartridge undergoes integrity testing before use in critical vent applications.
