The LC-YDZ-200 is a high-capacity self-pressurizing vessel for storing and dispensing liquid nitrogen. It supplies liquid nitrogen to compatible cryogenic containers through its integrated pressure-building system. A small quantity of liquid nitrogen is vaporized internally to generate the required transfer pressure. The tank shell, inner chamber, and main components use austenitic stainless steel for cryogenic durability. Vacuum insulation minimizes external heat transfer and helps maintain a low evaporation rate. The vessel operates at low dispensing pressure for controlled liquid transfer. Dual automatic safety valves provide redundant pressure protection. A regulating system stabilizes the liquid flow during replenishment procedures. The standard mechanical level gauge provides direct indication of the remaining liquid nitrogen. The corrugated neck tube, pressure gauge, and vacuum-sealing connector support dependable long-duration service.
