PP Pleated Water Treatment Filter Cartridge, 0.10-50 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2912-ZJF)

This polypropylene pleated cartridge is designed for depth filtration of liquids and gases in water-treatment systems. The membrane, flow-distribution layers, outer housing, and structural components are primarily manufactured from polypropylene. Thermal fusion welding forms the cartridge without adhesives. The pleated arrangement provides a large effective area, high flow, and substantial contaminant capacity. Broad retention options support clarification, reverse-osmosis pretreatment, and terminal process filtration. Polypropylene construction provides resistance to compatible acids and alkalis across a wide pH range. The cartridge produces low pressure loss and does not intentionally release filtration media into the process stream. Every element undergoes integrity testing before release. Applications include wastewater clarification, electronic-industry water systems, beverages, purified water, mineral water, juice, and residential water treatment.
