TSDPD Series Disc-Stack Filter Housing, 0.3-14.8 m² (CAT#: STEM-BC-3001-ZJF)

This disc-stack filter housing is designed for depth clarification and contaminant removal from biological, food, and chemical process streams. It is manufactured from 304 or 316L stainless steel for corrosion resistance and hygienic operation. The housing accepts one to four stacked depth-filter modules. Different stack quantities allow filtration area to be matched to process volume and solids loading. The system can be used for decolorization, activated-carbon removal, fermentation broth clarification, and cell-debris removal. It also supports reduction of host-cell DNA, endotoxins, and lipid loading before downstream purification. The housing can protect sterilizing cartridges, ultrafiltration systems, and chromatography columns. Available models provide total filtration areas from 0.3 to 14.8 m².
