PP Organic-Solution Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.10-50.0 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2946-ZJF)

This pleated cartridge is designed for precision filtration of compatible organic solutions and industrial process fluids. It uses polypropylene microfiber membrane and polypropylene nonwoven support layers. Pleating increases the available filtration area while maintaining a compact cartridge size. The cartridge is assembled by edge sealing and welded end-cap construction without adhesives. Its integrated structure is designed to prevent filtration-media release into the filtrate. Several polypropylene membrane grades can be selected according to purity, retention, and wetting requirements. The wide pore-size range supports pretreatment, clarification, and terminal particle-removal duties. Its polypropylene construction is compatible with many acids, alkalis, alcohols, ketones, dimethylformamide, phenol, inks, photoresists, and other compatible solutions. Electronic, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, water-treatment, and standard production grades are available.
