Hydrophilic N6/N66 Nylon Pleated Cartridge, 0.10-3.00 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3023-ZJF)

This hydrophilic nylon cartridge is designed for terminal filtration of pharmaceutical, electronic, food, and water-treatment liquids. It is available with nylon 6 and nylon 66 microporous membranes. The membrane and support layers are pleated to provide a large effective filtration area. Natural hydrophilicity supports rapid wetting and stable liquid flow. Electrostatic adsorption and microporous filtration improve removal of silica colloids and microbial fragments. Nylon 66 provides higher temperature resistance and stability than nylon 6. The cartridge is constructed without adhesives and is suitable for compatible organic solvents and oils. Each finished element is traceable and undergoes integrity testing before release.
