Pharmaceutical-Grade PP Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.10-50 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2943-ZJF)

This polypropylene pleated cartridge is designed for prefiltration and terminal filtration of compatible liquids and gases. It uses a polypropylene microfiber membrane with nonwoven flow-distribution layers. Pleating and welded end-cap construction form the cartridge without adhesives. The integrated structure is designed to prevent filtration-media shedding. Membrane grades can be selected for pharmaceutical, food, electronic, chemical, water-treatment, or general industrial applications. The polypropylene material provides compatibility with many acids, alkalis, alcohols, ketones, dimethylformamide, and phenol. A broad pore-size range allows the cartridge to perform clarification, particle removal, and membrane-protection duties. Every cartridge undergoes integrity testing before release. Cleanroom production and controlled rinsing options support different purity and regulatory requirements.
