The Negative-Suspension 100×100 is an extrusion-type jaw crusher for laboratory and small-scale material processing. Its crushing chamber consists of one movable and one stationary toothed jaw plate. Material is compressed repeatedly as the movable jaw approaches the fixed jaw. The machine can process brittle samples with compressive strength below 250 MPa. A feed opening of 100 × 100 mm accommodates particles up to 80 mm. The adjustable outlet produces material between 1 and 25 mm. High-manganese-steel crushing components provide durability under abrasive conditions. A reinforced pulley and enclosed belt guard improve operational safety. The rigid painted-steel frame supports stable crushing with limited vibration and dust generation.
