ST-P100 is a vibratory grinding mill designed for rapid mixing and pulverization of laboratory solids. It is intended for medium-hard, hard, brittle, and fibrous materials. The sample is loaded into a grinding set mounted on the vibration platform. Eccentric vibration subjects the material to compression, impact, friction, and shear. These forces reduce particle size while simultaneously mixing the sample. The instrument supports preparation for spectrometric and general analytical workflows. The clamping arrangement secures the grinding set during operation. Safety monitoring prevents operation when enclosure or clamping conditions are inadequate. The mill provides repeatable preparation within the stated capacity and particle-size limits.
