Multi-Rating PP Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.1-50 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-3011-ZJF)

This polypropylene cartridge is designed for versatile filtration of liquids and compatible gases. It uses polypropylene microfiber membrane with nonwoven or mesh support layers. The pleated structure provides a large filtration area and high throughput. A wide selection of pore sizes allows the cartridge to serve in coarse clarification, fine filtration, and downstream equipment protection. Thermal welding joins the cage, center core, membrane pack, and end caps without adhesives. The construction is designed to prevent leakage, media shedding, and contamination from bonding agents. Standard 222, 226, flat-end, and fin-style configurations support compatibility with many filter housings. The cartridge can be used in pharmaceutical, food, oilfield, electronic, chemical, and water-treatment processes. Each completed unit undergoes integrity testing before release.
