The TANK eco is a microwave chemistry system for digestion, extraction, and synthesis workflows. It uses closed high-pressure vessels to improve digestion of difficult samples and reduce loss of volatile analytes. The microwave source operates at 2450 MHz and the installed power is 1800 W. Mid-infrared full-vessel temperature measurement is standard, with optional fiber temperature measurement for additional control. A semiconductor pressure sensor is used for pressure measurement, and the listed vessel design pressure is 15 MPa. The system supports 6-, 8-, 10-, or 12-position rotor configurations with TFM inner vessels. A 7-inch touchscreen displays temperature, pressure, time, steps, and process curves during operation. USB and network interfaces, method storage, vessel-count recognition, and automatic ventilation support routine microwave processing.
