LEF PTFE Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.10-5.0 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2863-ZJF)

This pleated filter cartridge is designed for aggressive chemical liquids, organic solvents, and high-purity gases. It uses an expanded PTFE membrane with strong chemical resistance and thermal stability. Hydrophobic PTFE configurations are suitable for gas filtration, while hydrophilic configurations can process compatible aqueous solutions. HDPE support layers, cage components, core, end caps, and interfaces reinforce the membrane assembly. Thermal welding eliminates adhesive resins and minimizes potential extractables. Each cartridge has an individual identification code for traceability. Sterilizing-grade configurations undergo complete integrity testing before release. The filter is applicable to strong acids, strong alkalis, semiconductor wet processes, electronic-grade solvents, electronic-grade aqueous chemicals, and purified process gases.
