The LC-FG-96 is a high-throughput cryogenic grinder designed to process up to 96 samples simultaneously. It can perform dry grinding, wet grinding, mixing, homogenization, and low-temperature pulverization. The instrument is suitable for biological samples such as plants, animals, bacteria, and yeast. It can also process textiles, circuit boards, paper, soil, and other soft or medium-hard materials. The integrated compressor maintains controlled low-temperature conditions without requiring liquid nitrogen. A vertical grinding-bead movement provides thorough and uniform sample disruption. Samples remain enclosed during processing to reduce cross-contamination and environmental exposure. The brushless variable-frequency motor supports stable operation with low noise and energy consumption. A responsive LCD touchscreen, stainless-steel chamber, lid sensor, adapters, and multiple grinding-bead sizes simplify routine operation.
