Description

The φ200×125 smooth double-roll crusher is designed for laboratory and small-scale mineral sample reduction. It processes medium- and low-hardness ores, rocks, coal, and related materials. Samples with compressive strength below 150 MPa are fed tangentially into the roller chamber. Two smooth rollers rotate toward each other at different speeds. The resulting compression and shearing action crushes the material between the roller surfaces. Feed particles up to 13 mm can be reduced to an output range of 0.1 to 3 mm. The 125 mm roller width provides greater processing capacity than the smaller model. A main shaft speed of 380 rpm supports consistent material movement through the chamber. The machine is suitable for coal, metallurgy, mining, chemical, and construction-material applications.
