Description

The φ200×150 smooth double-roll crusher is a higher-capacity machine for laboratory mineral crushing. It is intended for medium and fine reduction of ores, rocks, coal, and other materials below 150 MPa compressive strength. Material enters through the 150 × 13 mm feed opening. Two smooth rollers rotate toward each other at different speeds to draw the sample into the crushing zone. Compression between the rollers reduces the feed without requiring impact crushing. The discharge size can be adjusted from 0.1 to 3 mm. The machine accepts particles no larger than 13 mm. A throughput of 600 kg/h supports larger sample batches and continuous preparation work. It is applicable to coal, metallurgy, mining, chemical, and building-material laboratories.
