Juice Filtration PP Pleated Cartridge, 0.10-50 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2961-ZJF)

This polypropylene pleated cartridge is designed for clarification and particle removal from juice and compatible beverages. It uses polypropylene microfiber membrane with polypropylene nonwoven flow-distribution layers. The pleated geometry provides a large filtration area for stable beverage flow. Suspended pulp, sediment, and process particles can be removed according to the selected pore size. The cartridge is assembled without adhesives and is designed to prevent media shedding. Multiple membrane grades support different cleanliness and retention requirements. The broad rating range allows use for coarse clarification, intermediate filtration, and fine polishing. Every completed cartridge undergoes integrity testing before release.
