Serum Filtration PES Pleated Cartridge, 0.10-1.2 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2968-ZJF)

This PES pleated cartridge is designed for filtration of serum and other protein-containing biological liquids. It uses an asymmetric hydrophilic polyethersulfone membrane with imported flow-distribution layers. The naturally wettable membrane supports rapid filtration without extensive preconditioning. Low protein adsorption helps reduce loss of valuable biological components. The pleated configuration provides high effective area and contaminant capacity. Welded construction eliminates adhesives and minimizes the risk of media shedding. Each cartridge is individually identifiable and undergoes integrity testing before release. It is suitable for serum, buffers, biological products, culture media, protein solutions, pharmaceutical liquids, and fermentation feeds.
