Milk Filtration PES Pleated Cartridge, 0.10-1.2 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2969-ZJF)

This PES pleated cartridge is designed for filtration of milk and compatible dairy-process liquids. It uses an asymmetric hydrophilic polyethersulfone membrane with polypropylene support components. The membrane provides uniform pores, high porosity, and rapid liquid flow. Low adsorption helps limit retention of proteins and other valuable dairy constituents. The pleated structure increases filtration area and supports longer operating cycles. Welded assembly eliminates adhesives and is designed to prevent media shedding. Multiple pore sizes allow the cartridge to perform clarification, particle reduction, and fine microbial filtration. The cartridge can be steam sterilized and undergoes integrity testing before release.
