Description

The Bionoon-24 is a high-throughput tissue grinder for mechanical disruption and homogenization of diverse sample types. It uses combined vertical and radial vibration to drive milling media against samples inside grinding vessels. The resulting impact and friction break down biological tissues and other solid materials while providing vigorous mixing. The system is suitable for plant tissues, animal tissues, fungi, bacteria, yeast, food materials, pharmaceuticals, minerals, and polymers. Multiple small grinding balls can be used to intensify mixing and cellular disruption. Separate sample containers help maintain repeatability and reduce cross-contamination between specimens. The grinder supports rapid batch preparation before downstream analytical or extraction workflows. Its mechanical configuration is intended for uniform treatment across multiple samples in a single run.
