KZ-III-FP Low-Temperature Tissue Grinder is designed for low-temperature high-throughput grinding of biological samples. A multidirectional oscillation system drives grinding beads through sealed sample tubes. The instrument processes up to 24 samples per run and can be configured with an optional 60-position adapter. Frequency is adjustable from 0 to 70 Hz with a documented actual speed up to 2,100 rpm, a timer from 0 seconds to 99 minutes, and a temperature range from -30 °C to ambient. Ten preset tissue-grinding programs provide repeatable starting conditions. Closed disposable tubes reduce cross-contamination between samples. An emergency stop and electromagnetic lid lock protect access during operation. The documented configuration supports consistent operation within the stated limits.
