Description

KZ-III-FP Low-Temperature Tissue Grinder is designed for low-temperature high-throughput grinding of biological samples. A multidirectional oscillation system drives grinding beads through sealed sample tubes. The instrument processes up to 24 samples per run and can be configured with an optional 60-position adapter. Frequency is adjustable from 0 to 70 Hz with a documented actual speed up to 2,100 rpm, a timer from 0 seconds to 99 minutes, and a temperature range from -30 °C to ambient. Ten preset tissue-grinding programs provide repeatable starting conditions. Closed disposable tubes reduce cross-contamination between samples. An emergency stop and electromagnetic lid lock protect access during operation. The documented configuration supports consistent operation within the stated limits. Wet grinding, dry grinding, and refrigerated grinding are supported.
