General-Purpose PP Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.10-50.0 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2949-ZJF)

This polypropylene pleated cartridge is designed for general pretreatment and precision filtration of compatible liquids and gases. It uses polypropylene microfiber membrane with polypropylene nonwoven flow-distribution layers. The media are pleated to increase effective filtration area and processing capacity. Edge sealing and welded end caps create an integrated cartridge without adhesives. The structure is designed to prevent filtration media from entering the process stream. Imported and domestic polypropylene membrane options support different filtration and cleanliness requirements. The wide retention range allows the cartridge to perform clarification, prefiltration, and terminal particle-removal duties. It can be used in electronic, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, energy, environmental, and water-treatment processes. Every cartridge undergoes integrity testing before release.
