Φ56 Inner-Insert Mini Pleated Filter Cartridge, 0.10-10 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2965-ZJF)

This compact pleated cartridge is designed for internal insertion and bayonet-style sealing in compatible filter housings. It is available with several membrane materials for different liquid and gas filtration duties. The media are pleated, edge sealed, enclosed by support components, and joined through welded end caps. No adhesive is used in the assembly, and the cartridge is designed to prevent media shedding. Its 56 mm outside diameter and short length suit low-volume processes and compact equipment. Available membrane options support clarification, sterilizing filtration, chemical purification, and optical-resin processing. The internal sealing structure simplifies installation and cartridge replacement. Every completed cartridge undergoes integrity testing before release.
