The EP3 melt-blown filter cartridge is made from polyolefin polymer using melt-blown and heat-fusion curing processes. It is designed for high-viscosity adhesive filtration where selective passage of filler particles is required. The cartridge tolerates viscosity below 5000 cps. It is suitable for silicone, acrylic, PU, and other filled adhesives. It tolerates ethyl acetate, ketones, and low-content aromatic solvents. The maximum differential pressure reaches 8 bar at 21°C. Multiple precision grades and interface formats are available for different process requirements. Its structure provides pressure resistance and stable filtration for viscous materials.
