This electronic-grade polypropylene cartridge is designed for high-purity liquid and gas filtration. It uses imported polypropylene membrane media with long-fiber flow-distribution layers and a polypropylene housing. Thermal fusion welding produces the cartridge without adhesives. The depth-filtration structure provides high particle-retention efficiency, substantial throughput, and low pressure loss. Wide filtration-rating availability supports reverse-osmosis pretreatment and terminal filtration in electronic water systems. The cartridge can also process compatible organic solvents, inks, electroplating solutions, metalworking fluids, and photoresists. High contaminant capacity and broad chemical compatibility support extended operating life. Each cartridge undergoes integrity testing before release. After rinsing with high-purity water, the stated water resistance can reach 18 MΩ for electronic-industry applications.
