DPSHPC 0.22/0.22 µm Endotoxin-Removing Sterilizing Filter Cartridge (CAT#: STEM-BC-0007-ZJF)

The DPSHPC filter cartridge is a sterilizing-grade filtration product designed for removing fine particles, bacteria, and endotoxins from liquid solutions. It uses a modified hydrophilic Polyethersulfone Filter Membrane configured for high-throughput liquid filtration. The cartridge is suitable for filtration of large-volume parenterals, small-volume injections, antibiotic solutions, saline solutions, and other compatible solvents. Its membrane structure supports both microbial retention and endotoxin reduction in process filtration. The cartridge can be used in applications requiring pre-treatment or sanitization with alkaline cleaning solutions. Its construction incorporates polypropylene support and housing components for compatibility with common liquid filtration systems. Multiple sealing material options allow configuration for different process requirements. Each product is designed for quality control traceability through integrity testing and individual serial number tracking. The cartridge can also withstand steam sterilization and autoclave sterilization under the stated conditions.
