Distilled-Spirit Filtration PES Pleated Cartridge, 0.10-1.2 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2970-ZJF)

This PES pleated cartridge is designed for clarification and microbial control of distilled spirits and compatible alcoholic beverages. It uses an asymmetric hydrophilic polyethersulfone membrane supported by polypropylene layers. The membrane provides uniform retention and high liquid throughput. Low adsorption helps preserve aroma and dissolved product components during filtration. The pleated structure offers substantial filtration area within a standard cartridge format. Thermal welding forms the cartridge without adhesives or intentional fiber release. Multiple pore sizes support coarse clarification, polishing, and terminal filtration requirements. Every cartridge is integrity tested and can be steam sterilized between compatible processing cycles.
