Reinforced PP Bag Filter Housing, 20 m³/h (CAT#: STEM-BC-2871-ZJF)

This reinforced polypropylene bag filter is designed for acids, alkalis, solvents, and compatible oxidizing liquids. The housing is formed as a seamless one-piece injection-molded body. Its main components include the shell, upper cover, lower cover, support plate, basket, and filter bag. Process liquid enters through a side port and contaminants are retained inside the bag. The thickened polypropylene structure combines corrosion resistance with improved pressure capability. A fully molded polypropylene basket supports the filter bag without introducing metal into the internal support structure. The unit provides high throughput while allowing convenient opening, cleaning, and bag replacement. Typical applications include brine, copper-foil electrolyte, seawater, citric acid, and other compatible industrial fluids.
