The XFD-1.5 is a laboratory flotation machine for testing larger batches of mineral samples. It is intended for use in geological, metallurgical, chemical, construction-material, mining, and research laboratories. The machine performs agitation, scrubbing, separation, and flotation concentration within one system. Its cell integrates air intake, slurry suction, and flotation functions. The independent flotation circuit operates without additional auxiliary equipment. A controlled circulation path helps prevent excessive deposition of coarse mineral particles. The slurry-level adjustment device provides convenient control of experimental conditions. Backward-inclined impeller blades generate coordinated upper and lower slurry circulation. The 1.5 L working volume provides increased test capacity for comparative beneficiation studies.
