WIGGENS (WIGGENS) CO2 incubator can be selected according to customer requirements, including oxygen control, ultraviolet sterilization and many other accessories, to meet the demanding requirements of customers for biological cultivation.
The side of the six-sided box is heated, and the top-mounted circulation fan ensures the air convection and temperature field uniformity of the WIGGENS CO2 incubator, and also avoids the problem of liquid condensation during use.
The design of the air jacket enables the WIGGENS CO2 incubator to ensure rapid recovery of temperature, effectively reduce heat loss, and does not require regular maintenance.
The WIGGENS CO2 incubator is equipped with a double-beam CO2 sensor inside the box, the water tray is humidified, and it is also equipped with an alarm system and a temperature upper limit setting to ensure rapid response and timely processing of abnormal phenomena in the biological cultivation process.
Wiggins portable CO2 incubator uses PID control system to automatically control CO2 concentration, temperature and alarm.

Direct heating system on 6 sides
The entire side can be directly heated, ensuring a stable and uniform temperature, as well as rapid heating and temperature recovery. The heating chamber is divided into three sections, each monitored by individually calibrated temperature sensors.

Air barrier
The heating wire is blocked between the cavity and the insulation layer, which helps to recover the temperature quickly and effectively reduces heat loss. The insulation does not require regular maintenance.

CO2 sensor with double beam
Quickly and accurately monitor CO2 levels, independent of temperature and humidity.

Water pan humidification
The heater heats the water pan at the bottom, creating moisture. Moisture is filled throughout the chamber by circulating fans.

Non-condensing
The door has a heating unit, and the frame design of the entire incubator ensures that no condensation will form on the box and glass observation windows.

Microcomputer PID control
Automatic control of CO2 concentration, temperature and alarm. Optional automatic sterilization function is available.

HEPA air filter
Make sure the gas in the incubator is clean.
