The VorTemp™ 1550 Shaking Incubator is designed for heating and mixing small samples at the same time, with an interchangeable platform for standard 15ml and 50ml conical tubes. The maximum capacity is 8 x 50 ml or 18 x 15 ml. The temperature in VorTemp™ 1550 can be adjusted over a wide range, making the device ideal for a wide range of applications, including bacterial culture and digestion. Mechanical convection can provide a uniform and stable environment within the chamber. VorTemp™ 1550 can also be used for sub-ambient applications in cold rooms.
