Description

The SP-V1000 is a UV-Vis spectrophotometer designed for quantitative absorbance measurement and qualitative spectral analysis of liquid samples. It covers both the ultraviolet and visible wavelength ranges, enabling analysis of nucleic acids, proteins, small molecules, and colored solutions. A high-energy light source combined with a diffraction grating monochromator provides narrow bandwidth isolation across the full measurement range. A silicon photodiode or CCD array detector delivers high sensitivity and low stray light performance. Measurements can be performed in fixed-wavelength, wavelength scanning, and kinetics modes. An auto-zeroing function and baseline correction ensure accurate baseline calibration before measurement. Built-in absorbance-to-concentration conversion and Beer-Lambert law calculation simplify routine quantification tasks. A PC connectivity port allows data export to laboratory information management systems. The compact optical bench design provides stable performance without the need for external adjustment. This instrument is widely used in biochemistry, molecular biology, environmental testing, and food quality control.
