TS46HC05TJ-TS46HC20TJ Electrically Heated Vent Filter, 5-20 in (CAT#: STEM-BC-2927-ZJF)

This electrically heated stainless steel vent filter is designed for purified-water tanks, water-for-injection tanks, and preparation vessels. It combines a sanitary vent housing, heating jacket, stainless steel cover, and temperature-control enclosure. Controlled heating helps prevent condensate formation inside the filter and supports cartridge drying after steam sterilization or integrity testing. The double-layer structure and porous polymer insulation reduce heat loss and keep the external surface near ambient temperature. Segmented heating power limits excessive temperature differences between the upper and lower regions of the cartridge. An internal overtemperature breaker disconnects the heater if abnormal heating exceeds 140°C. The controller displays the measured temperature and setpoint through separate LED indicators. K-type thermocouple and PT100 sensor configurations are available. Five-, ten-, and twenty-inch models provide corresponding power levels for different vent-filter sizes.
