The Claricap™ M02 deep-layer filter series combines high-purity cellulose, diatomaceous earth, and special resins in a tightly woven 3D structure with gradually decreasing pore size. Features include linear scaling (area, flow path, dead volume), single-use design, modular configuration (0.5-10000+ L), compatibility with sterilization (123°C), and high product recovery. Laboratory, pilot, and production scales are supported. Materials include cellulose, diatomaceous earth, resins, glass-fiber reinforced polypropylene housings, and polypropylene fittings. Endotoxin <0.25 EU/mL. Bio-safety compliant with USP <87>/<88> Class VI. Interface options: Luer, 6 mm hose barb, flat membrane + 1.5" sanitary flange.
