TCBS/SS, Bi-Plate Type (CAT#: STEM-CC-4384-LC)

TCBS/SS bi-plate combines Thiosulfate-Citrate-Bile Salts-Sucrose (TCBS) Agar and Salmonella-Shigella (SS) Agar for targeted pathogen isolation. TCBS selectively cultivates Vibrio spp., while SS Agar differentiates Salmonella (colorless with black centers) and Shigella (colorless) by inhibiting non-pathogenic bacteria.
