Synergy™ LX Multi-Mode Microplate Reader is manufactured by BioTek Instruments. This product economically automates many common microplate analyses. High quality optical design ensures excellent data in absorbance, fluorescence and luminescence detection modes. Absorption optics includes a xenon flash lamp and monochromator for low UV continuous wavelength selection from the visible range to 999 nm. Optical elements based on filters are used for fluorescence and luminescence measurement to obtain the best specificity and accuracy. It can be used in many common assays, including nucleic acid and protein quantification, ELISA, BCA, Bradford and cell viability. Real time data display, plus output to USB flash drive, printer or Gen5 ™ software makes synergy LX a multifunctional analysis workstation.
