The SuPerMax 3000AL is a laboratory microplate reader designed for absorbance and chemiluminescence assays. It supports absorbance and chemiluminescence detection for quantitative microplate measurements. Optical measurements are controlled through integrated wavelength-selection and detector components appropriate to the configured detection modes. The instrument supports endpoint and analytical workflows and can be used for routine assay development and measurement. Integrated software provides instrument control, data acquisition, curve fitting, and result analysis. Microplate shaking and temperature-controlled incubation are available where specified to support assay preparation and kinetic measurements. A xenon light source, reference detection, plate mixing, and temperature control support plate-based assay workflows.
