The SX2-2.5-10LT and SX2-2.5-10LTP are ceramic-fiber muffle furnaces for laboratory and industrial heating. They are suitable for elemental analysis and heat treatment of small steel or other metal parts. The welded cold-rolled steel housing provides a durable external structure. A side-opening stainless-steel door offers flexible access and corrosion resistance. Aluminum-silicate fiber insulation reduces thermal conductivity, heat storage, and empty-furnace energy loss. Resistance wire embedded in the chamber walls supports rapid and uniform heating. PID control and an LCD display show the set and current temperatures clearly. Opening the door automatically disconnects the heating supply, while the LTP version adds 30-segment programmable temperature control.
