SX2-10-12 Box Resistance Furnace, 1200°C and 16 L (CAT#: STEM-BC-3497-ZJF)

The SX2-10-12 is a large-capacity box resistance furnace for high-temperature analytical and thermal applications. It supports elemental analysis, ashing, and heat treatment of metal materials. The 16 L chamber accommodates larger samples and batch quantities. Its 10 kW high-temperature resistance-wire system provides controlled heating up to 1200°C. Lightweight refractory insulation reduces thermal conductivity and limits power loss. The welded steel housing is electrostatically coated for resistance to corrosion and aging. PID temperature control displays selected and actual temperatures on an LED digital panel. The furnace uses a separate controller to support safe and flexible positioning.
