The LC-MF-430 is a touchscreen muffle furnace for coal testing and high-temperature laboratory treatment. It automatically supports slow ash, rapid ash, volatile matter, and caking-index procedures. The instrument can also perform constant-temperature heating, timed heating, ignition, and drying for other materials. A 5-inch color touchscreen provides intuitive parameter entry and process monitoring. Both touch-sensitive controls and physical keys can be used independently. Custom program segments allow users to configure heating cycles for different sample types. Ash and volatile-matter calculation functions reduce manual data processing. Independent overtemperature protection cuts off the heating circuit when abnormal temperatures occur. The ceramic-fiber chamber heats quickly, retains heat effectively, and supports energy-efficient operation.
