Stainless Steel Y-Type Pipeline Filter, Coarse Particle Retention (CAT#: STEM-BC-2904-ZJF)

This Y-type pipeline filter is designed for coarse removal of solid contaminants from liquids, gases, and compatible process media. Fluid enters the Y-shaped body and passes through a removable cylindrical screen. Larger particles remain inside the screen while cleaned fluid exits through the downstream connection. The filter helps protect pumps, compressors, valves, meters, and process instruments. Its compact construction provides substantial filtration capacity with relatively low pressure loss. The removable screen can be extracted, cleaned, and reinstalled without replacing the complete housing. Stainless steel and other compatible material configurations can be supplied for water, oil, chemicals, refrigerants, foods, and pharmaceutical liquids. Threaded or flanged process connections can be matched to different pipeline standards and sizes. Special pressure ratings, nominal diameters, and screen configurations can be customized according to the process design.
