Stainless Steel Ring Liquid Filter Bag, 1-1000 µm (CAT#: STEM-BC-2890-ZJF)

This liquid filter bag is designed as the replaceable filtration element inside industrial bag-filter housings. It is available in multiple polymeric and specialty fiber materials for different chemical and temperature conditions. Monofilament and multifilament woven bags provide surface filtration and can be cleaned for reuse where compatible. Heat setting stabilizes the woven pore structure and limits opening expansion during filtration. Needle-felt bags use a three-dimensional depth structure to retain solid and gel-like contaminants. Fine particles are captured within the media depth while larger contaminants remain near the surface. Melt-blown nonwoven bags use multilayer polypropylene microfibers for staged depth filtration. A stainless steel ring provides secure seating and sealing inside compatible housings. The product is suitable for electroplating liquids, chemicals, industrial water, oils, coatings, and other process fluids.
